Even though there was a delay due to a factory machine breakdown, the door arrived as quoted and works beautifully. Better quality for a reasonable price!

Shannon continually went above and beyond for me. I had numerous problems with the local Clopay warehouse and Shannon always handled them courteously and professionally. The doors are great, the price was great and I can't say enough good things about Shannon and Steel Door Depot.

I ordered two 16x10 Janus 3100 series door with Glidermatic openers and they work great. I orderd them through Shannon at Steel Door Depot and her product knowledge and customer service was superb.
No question whwre I will order more doors!

I was impressed to say the least. The door works fine and installed with minimum effort. I purchased the Janus 3100 12*4 26 gauge door. Below are a couple of tips on the install process
Use 3 guys to install.. Rent a deck lift or platform jack. Once the door is un-rolled do not loosen any of the hardware securing the spool without rewinding the door.

I am very pleased with the Janus door and the ease of installation. I wish I had purchased both my doors from Shannon. Great service and dependable. I have had nothing but trouble with Overhead Door Co. They are the worst customer oriented company I have ever run across. I have just ordered another Janus door from Shannon.

I found this site, and after calling could not believethe price difference. I saved alot of money. Shannon is a terrific PR person,a nd the service is top notch. SHE ACTUALLY DOES CALL YOU BACK. tHE DELIVERY WAS ASTOUNDING. Everything went as we were explained it would. We will defin use again or recommend to others.

found your website while looking on Ebay for a standard garage door. BUT I SAW YOU HAD ROLL-UP DOORS. I needed a smaller back door 4' wide and could not find any at a fair price. Your Janus 650 did the job. Went in fast, easy, and rolls up and down with one finger!

hang the hood. A little hard to work between the kitchen being
