2. Can I buy my door(s) on line and go pick them up to avoid shipping charges? 

Certainly!!!  Save yourself some money!

During check out, you can choose 1 of 3 optionsl 

The first option is to pick up the Janus door or the Clopay door at one of the locations below that is closest to you.  The second option is to have the factory package your door for shipping and you will arrange the freight.  The third option is to have the factory package your door and ship it on thier preferred shipper at a discounted rate.

3.  Where can I pick my doors up?  

       ***** It depends on the brand you are buying!  You can ONLY pick Janus product up from Janus owned locations and Clopay product up from Clopay owned locations.  They are NOT interchangable. *****

 

If you are purchasing a Janus roll up door, it can be picked up at any of the following 4 locations:

PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT JANUS ROLL UP DOORS TO BE PICKED UP FROM CLOPAY DISTRIBUTION CENTERS AND VICE VERSA.  Janus and Clopay are two separate vendors with specialties in two different styles of doors.

 

4.  What is the lead time on my doors?

Janus doors arrive within 3 weeks from placing the door order. 

Clopay deliveries vary based on doors ordered.  If locally in stock, then lead time may only be one week.  If product has to be manufactured, lead time will be two to four weeks
