SHIPPING DIRECT TO YOUR DOOR

Once your order has been processed, you'll be apprised of production and shipping schedules via email. Orders
will typically be ready for delivery to your site from our nearest door center within 2 to 4 weeks. Some models
in select sizes, design and color may be in stock and available for quicker delivery (depending on region).
Upon delivery, drivers can usually, but not always, assist in unloading doors. Depending on your location,

INSTALLING YOUR DOOR
Installation is easy for those of natural mechanical abilities. In fact, the self storage doors door can be
installed in less than three minutes. Installation guides have been provided for each door, but as skill levels

Door Pages, you have a special order door. For pricing and other
details on special orders, click on Special Orders and email
us the exact nature of your request. An experienced customer

CLAIMS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Steel Door Depot special orders all doors directly from the manufacturer. In that light, order cancellations
will be honored within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, unfortunately all orders will be processed and
therefore considered final. Please inspect your door closely upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns unless a
manufacturer's error is detected or damage has occurred in shipping.
